The Carter Burden Network, in partnership with The Rockefeller University and Clinical Directors Network (CDN), has been awarded a substantial two-year federal grant from the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living to implement a dietary intervention to improve cardiovascular outcomes for seniors.
