For 51 years, Carter Burden Network has been a leader in aging services in NYC. We support the efforts of 5,000 older New Yorkers annually to live safely and with dignity through on-site, home-based, and virtual programming that offer vital resources to support their independence and provide opportunities that form connections and enrich their lives. The pandemic highlights the struggles that older adults face each day - loneliness, isolation, health concerns - but the latest is food insecurity which has escalated through the inflation that everyone around the world is experiencing.

We have never stopped evolving in order to provide older New Yorkers with the most responsive programs and services they need – and this year our focus is to make sure that no older adult goes hungry.
