On October 31st, 2016 the Roosevelt Island Senior Center, a program of the Carter Burden Network, threw a spook-tacular celebration for its seniors on Halloween. About 50 seniors attended and enjoyed sweet treats and a costume contest with prizes. A wonderful time was had by both staff and participants.
