On Wednesday August 21st, Macy’s visited our Covello Senior Center to join us in celebrating National Senior Day! The day was kicked of by a $25,000 check from Macy’s presented to William J. Dionne, our Executive Director. Afterwards, our seniors took part in multiple fun festivities led by Macy’s volunteers. Our members took part in a sewing class with brand new machines gifted by Macy’s. Seniors also participated in tech help and beauty tips and tricks classes. The event was truly a blast!
